Binod Kumar Dalmia is the founder and started the company in 2013 to make genuine and healthy agro products available to people living in the country. In addition to setting the vision and direction for Sanwaria Agro Products, he overlooks the day to day operations and is always around to address client grievances. He brings a decade of leadership experience in manufacturing of agro products and three decades of leadership experience in equities trading, commodities trading and real estate sector.
Sourav Dalmia leads the company's finance, communications and national and international growth initiatives. His mission is to develop and enable our company's strategy by delivering exceptional service and experiences for both employees and customers. Sourav formerly worked with HSBC as an investment banker for 2 years. He also has 7 years of extensive experience in finance, operations and business development. He holds an MBA degree from XIMB and CFA from CFA Institute (USA).
Subham Dalmia is our Marketing manager, bringing 4 years of marketing and risk modelling experience to our company. He leads the company's digital marketing, market research, brand, and advertising initiatives, elevating our company to new clients and deepening engagement within our existing community. Prior to this he was working with the RSA Insurance Group as a Risk Modelling Consultant. He is an Economics Graduate from The Hindu College and holds degree of Actuarial science, IFoA, UK.
Naresh Kumar Luharuka is responsible for all day to day operations and allied activities. He has been with our company since the onset and has held many integral roles from leading our quality compliance team to managing our operations. He brings more than 7 years of manufacturing sector experience and 20 years of equities and commodities trading experience.
