Our Manufacturing Unit
We have a sprawling premise for our product manufacturing and packing and all the verticals for each step (right from the production till final packing and dispatch) are well managed and looked after. We have efficient manufacturing plants for an incredible output. The latest machinery and tools that are technologically enriched are installed in our factories to increase work efficiency. We believe in innovative measures and do not hold back when it comes to adopting newer techniques in our infrastructural unit. Separate chamber for cleaning, assorting, storing and packing certifies premium and A-grade product output. Quality checking and certification further seal our customer's trust. We always maintain clean and hygienic conditions in our manufacturing unit so that no degradation can take place.
Pulses Unit:
Our plant is the only manufacturing unit of all pulses in Churu district; we have a capacity of 50 Mt per Day. In this unit, we can manufacture all types of pulses. We have installed a Sorter machine of SATAKE Corporation, Japan, which is one of the leading companies in this field.
- After manufacturing process, our products go through rigorous quality testing, all products are passed through safety sieve, metal detectors and magnets to ensure zero impurities and packed immediately in bags, after which they are properly stocked in a separate warehouse (capacity >800 tons) until they are dispatched.
- Each machine is equipped with a separate cyclone and airlock magnetic system for removing dust particles and impurities
- Our manufacturing process is equipped with custom-engineered process heaters for indirect heating to ensures zero damage to the product's nutritional value
- A fully automatic plant increases predictability of output and quality.
- The packaging is done in a controlled environment: Minimal human contact to ensure no chances of contamination
- We also import the raw materials from other countries, through the DGFT grant licenses
Sortex:
We have excellent sorter machines in our manufacturing unit that helps us deliver clean and hygienic products.
- The New Optical Sorter further enhances sorting performance for both ACCEPT and REJECT grains. With improved CCD cameras and a more accurate pulse-centre ejecting function, our unit is the ultimate winner. The ejectors and internal structure have been optimized to improve the sorting performance and the overall capacity.
- Three Stage Sorting System helps achieve the precise sorting of the grains.
The LED lighting is applied for the optical section to maintain good performance and it also helps in lifetime reduced percentage of quality grain in final rejected materials.
